The KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is a state level examination also called as Karnataka CET. The KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) organizes this exam for providing admission to students in engineering, pharmacy and other courses offered by various colleges in Karnataka state.


Strucute of KCET - 2017

  • KCET 2017 for Physics and Chemistry will be held as 1 paper, while the exam for Mathematics will be conducted as a separate paper.
  • Each subject/section of KCET 2017 carries a weightage of 60 marks for 60 questions.
  • The questions will be objective in nature or multiple choice.
  • Each paper of KCET 2017 will be of 80 minutes or 1.20 hours.
